Returns and Refunds

Returns: 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery arrival unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Moodles MUST have tags still attached.

Sale items (if applicable): 
-Sale items aren't eligible for a refund, return or exchange.
-Only regular priced items may be refunded or issued a store credit, unfortunately no sale items can be refunded. 

Discount codes cannot be applied to items that are already on sale. No discount codes can be applied to an order that has already gone through. Please ensure you are entering the correct discount code before checking out.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Items with obvious signs of use 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after order received.

Refunds (if applicable):
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be given, in the form of store credit or applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as decided by us, within a certain amount of days.

Cancelled orders 

Purchases which are cancelled by the customer endure a 6% administration fee to cover 3rd party fees and administration costs. 3rd party fees include and are not limited to Afterpay, Laybuy, Klarna, or any other form of pay later schemes. Please note, if you have ordered a pre-order item we are unable to cancel the order once it has been processed as your item has been custom made for you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged up to a year from purchase. Not if you change your mind. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@furmoo.co.nz and send your item to: 
185 Kirk Road, Templeton Christchurch. 7675/ Business Innovation Park, Building 2A. Please note, this address is not a store, not available for drop offs/pick ups. 

Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 185 Kirk Road, Templeton Christchurch. 7675. / Business Innovation Park, Building 2A. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
