If you are ordering a customised Furmoo Bag/Wallet made to your requests, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or swaps as the product has been made to individual specifications.

Each hide will vary and is unique and individual to your item - we cannot guarantee it will appear exactly like the photo unless your order is customised.

Have you placed an order and not yet received confirmation of dispatch?

If your item was in stock when you purchased it will be dispatched within 4 working days.

Have three days passed and still no confirmation?

We are lovingly handcrafting your order at our factory as it was not in stock. Please allow between 7 to 21 working days for us to get this to your door. 

Can i order a handbag or wallet in a colour that is not online?

Absolutely you can!! Just message us on Facebook to arrange.

Do you make custom handbags and wallets?

Yes we do! Under your instruction, we can design this for you (please refer back to the top regarding custom orders) 

ALL SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE / NO EXCHANGES (Please choose carefully)

All items purchased at FULL RRP can be exchanged if you have a change of mind.

We also accept exchanges after our assessment if the product arrives damaged, has a fault or can be repaired.

Do you send Worldwide?

Yes! However, we take no responsibility/liability for any tax duties on arrival in your country.
