    My bag eventually arrived after a 1 month wait. The bag is great and exactly as described, however.I would suggest that clearer communication may make the process better. I was.unaware when I bought the bag that.it needed to be.created and the first email I recieved confirming the sae didn't indicate that. It was only when I emailed asking on the progress of the sale that I was told that the item needed to be made. Responses were prompt each time I contacted and as I said, the bag is exactly as advertised.
