Ever since the craziness of Covid we have noticed a slight increase in lost, damaged or sometimes stolen parcels, while this is not a common occurance it sadly can happen. So we have decided to put measures in place for both your and our protection. 

This small shipping protection allows us to instantly replace your lost, damaged, missing or stolen parcel without question. Previously it was a long process through the couriers, putting through claims which does drag out. Of course, you can choose to not add shipping protection, however this will add extra steps/wait times to replace a missing, lost or damaged parcel.
